Who is eligible?

• Students must be above the 80th percentile of successful candidates in the relevant stream from the respective Board of Examination in Class 12.
• Must be pursuing a regular course (not correspondence or distance mode) in a college or institution recognized by AICTE, UGC, or respective councils.
• The family income of the applicant must not exceed ₹4.5 lakh per annum.
• The student should not be receiving any other scholarship or stipend from any other source.
• Students must have passed their 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board.

How much money?

The scholarship rate is ₹12,000 per annum for the first three years of undergraduate studies and ₹20,000 per annum at the postgraduate level. For students pursuing professional courses where the duration is 5 years, ₹20,000 per annum is provided in the 4th and 5th year. As per latest notification, verify on official portal for updates.
