YojanaRadar is operated by Xplorevo ("we"). This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information when you use our website and services.
2. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, password (hashed) and OAuth identifiers.
- Profile data: state, category, education or business stage — used only to match you with eligible schemes.
- Usage data: pages viewed, search queries and device/browser metadata, for analytics and product improvement.
- Verification documents: student-ID uploads for verified pricing, stored privately and deleted on request.
3. How we use your information
- Personalise scheme matches and send deadline alerts.
- Process Premium subscriptions and rewards.
- Send transactional emails (signup, security, billing) and the optional weekly digest.
- Detect abuse and keep the service secure.
4. Sharing
We never sell your data. We share limited information only with trusted processors that run our infrastructure (hosting, email delivery, payments) under strict confidentiality agreements.
5. Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your account data at any time from Settings, or by emailing connects@xplorevo.tech. We respond to verified requests within 30 days, in line with the DPDP Act, 2023.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
7. Data retention
Account and profile data is retained while your account is active and for up to 12 months after deletion for legal compliance. Verification documents are removed within 30 days of approval.
8. Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, row-level access controls, and least-privilege service keys. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password.
9. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
