1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using YojanaRadar (the "Service"), operated by Xplorevo ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

YojanaRadar helps Indian students and founders discover government scholarships, grants and schemes. Information is aggregated from public sources and refreshed regularly, but we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness or eligibility — always confirm details on the official scheme portal before applying.

3. Account & eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for keeping your login credentials confidential.

4. Premium subscriptions

Premium features (AI eligibility checker, deadline alerts, weekly digests) are billed through our payment partner. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled and are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape the Service in bulk, resell content, impersonate others, or attempt to disrupt our infrastructure.

6. Intellectual property

All Service content, branding and software is © Xplorevo. Government scheme details remain the property of the respective issuing authority.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. YojanaRadar is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Government of India.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xplorevo is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
