• The applicant must be an Indian citizen or a startup majority-owned by Indian residents.

• Preference is given to startups registered under the Startup India initiative.

How much money?

The scheme offers support through two primary models: Entrepreneur-in- Residence (EiR) providing up to INR 4 Lakhs for prototype development, and Grants-in-aid providing up to INR 7 Lakhs for product development/validation. Highly successful startups may also access seed funding through G1/G2 centers.
