Credits
- Credits are non-refundable once used.
- Unused credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase.
Premium subscription
- No refund for the current billing month.
- Cancel anytime to stop future billing — access continues until the end of the paid period.
Payments
All transactions are handled by Razorpay. For refund requests, contact connects@xplorevo.tech with your order ID. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
