Maharashtra State Innovation Society (MSInS) Start-up Grants

The Maharashtra State Innovation Society (MSInS) provides financial assistance to early-stage startups registered in Maharashtra to foster a culture of entrepreneurship and innovation. The primary mechanism is the Maharashtra Startup Week and the Fintech Grant, offering startups the opportunity to work directly with the state government. Under the Quality Testing and Certification scheme, the society reimburses costs incurred for testing and certification of products. Additionally, startups can receive funding for patent filing under the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) support scheme. The initiative aims to reduce the financial burden on new ventures, improve product quality to meet global standards, and provide a launchpad for scaling solutions within the public sector ecosystem through direct work orders and mentorship.
