The Prime Minister's Research Fellowship (PMRF) scheme is designed to improve the quality of research in various higher educational institutions in India. The scheme is open to students who have completed or are pursuing final year of four-year undergraduate or five-year integrated programs in Science and Technology streams from recognized Indian universities.
